I applied online and got an email asking for me to call them about the interview process, which was strange because I have never done that before. I am pretty sure they email that to anyone who applies. So I called and a really nice woman answered and put me on hold because they were busy. She then asked if she could call me back later at 1 pm which I said was fine. She called me at 5pm though, which was fine because at least I wasn't abandoned! I had a brief phone interview with her (which I will list the questions below) then she offered for me to come and have a face-to-face interview but to bring a picture or item that I was passionate about. I went in on Friday then had a "group" interview (which was just me and another woman). We shared what we were passionate about then she took out a dice with scenarios written on it. We each rolled then went on the sales floor to find an outfit for that certain scenario. After that, we chose one item from our outfit and explained why. She then offered us both the jobs.

Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans
