Over the phone interview. Asked about availability, school, and work experience. Also asked about obstacles i've faced and how i solved them. Wanted to know what achievements i had and i mention extra curricular activities i've done as well as clubs.

Describe a time you had to face and solve a problem?
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
