Applied online in March. Got a call back for a phone interview two months later. Two days after, I had a 1-on-1 interview, it was supposed to be a group one but I wasn't available for a group one so that's why. At the 1-on-1, I was introduced to various employees, had a tour of the store (and helped a few customers during the tour), shared an object/item I'm passionate about & created an outfit for myself. A day later I got a call asking to come in for a 1-on-1 with the store manager. I was asked a few more questions like what do i like or don't like about my past/present employer, what my current role is at my present job and my day-to-day responsibilities, my availability. It was about 15 minutes long, at the end I was offered the job on the spot & accepted.

Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
