It was suppose to be a group interview with 3-5 other people, but I was the only one who showed up. The hiring manager will take some time to tell you all about Old Navy and then will ask you the basic questions (like 'how did you hear about this job' and 'why should we pick you'). Next they will tell you to pick an item you are wearing and then try and sell it to them. Very last they will bring you onto the floor and expect you to pick out some clothing items based on the story they tell you.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
