It's not a one-on-one deal, I was there with maybe 15 other people and they asked us questions at the same time. It was pretty basic. Maybe an hour or two long, and a lot of fluff questions. Why do you want to work at Old Navy, what are your strong suits, what would you do if you saw someone stealing, etc.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
