Easy to absorb and at least for my store location they are receptive and open-minded towards responses during the interview, I made my intentions very clear as I needed job experience to get an internship at another company, and they handled it professionally and actually seemed excited for me.

What are your strengths and weaknesses in regards to working in a team environment?
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
