What interview process? I was emailed being asked to interview, and was provided with a Zoom link. Come to find out, the link is a webinar talking about the company as a whole and the door to door insurance sales they offer. How disrespectful of ones time!

Youre thrown into a mass overview of the company with who knows how many people which is basically just a Here's Why We're Awesome presentation. Then you have to fill out a survey before they call and accept you (they will accept you but make it seem like youre ✨ ThE cHoSeN oNe ✨but they accept everyone) and then the following day youre thrown into a one-on-one interview and forced to pay $50+ for training.
