The 'interview' was an hour+ long phone call which really was not an interview at all. The call pretty much went over the work you would be expected to carry out as it had already been decided you would be an intern for the company with no agreement on your end. The employer really does not ask you anything about previous experience, study etc so seems to employ anyone that is willing to carry out large amounts of unpaid work for 3+ months (which is against the law as you are classed as a worker).
