Honestly, like another candidate mentioned, I can't see how this company is rated positively if I had to base it on first impressions. The interview processes with them have been very disappointing, demoralising and lacks communication, the opposite of the company image they try to promote (mental health).
In my case, I had an initial call with HR, and they showed some interest by saying I would get a reply same day or max next working day, which is usually a positive sign but then I did not get feedback, sent 2 follow up emails because I was really into the company, then I get an email saying they are still interviewing other candidates and will get back to me in 2 working days, and another week passes by with no feedback, to which I send the last follow up email and finally after waiting a bit over 2 weeks I get a negative feedback and an apology for the furstration caused because of the delay, and that they always try to remain fair and communicative in their process and took the excuse of the company is small and people wear different hats, which I would understand if they are not so busy posting "Super Mario" internal slack messages on LinkedIn to show that the company is so "cool".
Like all the other candidates mentioned, we all expect to get negative feedback in interview processes after any assessment, that is part of the game, but please show some empathy, respect and proper communication to all candidates and not only the ones you like ;)
I was really into the company's vision, but to my disappointment, like the majority of the companies out there, they don't care much on their candidates wellbeing. I do hope they show more empathy towards their users
