Phone call: Lady was lovely, but the whole interview felt very scripted. unfortunately for a company that puts themselves forward for being, great twork for, and say that they stand out and are different from other retailers, it was a massive let down and disappointment that they did not even send an email to let me know either way, no contact what so ever after the interview, very poor but shows like many other retailers the words they print on adverts are all for show, sadly like so many other retailers these days the is no truth behind whats written about the companies values.

I had an initial phone interview and was subsequently invited for a face to face interview which involved a more in-depth chat over a coffee with an area manager and recruitment manager followed by a commercial exercise in the store. At every stage of the process I was made to feel welcome and relaxed and found it genuinely enjoyable chatting with my interviewers who were both exceptionally friendly and encouraging. Overall a really positive experience!
