A recruiter introduced me to them and they picked up my profile and seemed excited about it. The OW interview coordinator set up the interview directly. The Partner did not bother showing up for the first online interview and never sent a message in advance, so I waited in the interview room for a half hour until the interview coordinator told me to reschedule. I came to the rescheduled interview and the relevant partner was late again. After that it was more of a Q&A session on the types of clients, and then a case interview test at the end. I decided to leave the process as the types of clients and the culture I sensed at the company was not the right fit.
