First and Final Round - 2 case studies. In the final round, I was paired with a racist partner who consistently questioned my English skills. He repeatedly told me to speak “proper English”, and to listen to the way he talks in hopes I could emulate it. For context my English is perfectly fine, I just happen to be from South London. As for the partner, they clearly had a very classy, posh, and proper British upbringing. To future applicants: Look away from this organisation and focus on applying to companies that are actually inclusive, diverse, and open.
