It was a pleasant experience. It was a one on one type of interview. They asked very basic questions such as how would you describe yourself, how would you describe your work ethic, and past medical experience/where did you graduate from etc.. the interview was very formal. It was quick and easy, and the application process was not too bad. Overall, a good experience!

Panel interview including the manager, director and a couple of staff from the same unit applying to. Behavioral interview type questions that each of the panel members read from. The staff were friendly during the interview
