There was a short assessment to show how you would answer common questions from members as well as a test to assess your knowledge of google suite and typing speed.
After that, it is a 20 minute panel interview.

What type of demographic experience are you used to coaching (either in person or remote)? (ex: hypertension, general weight loss, fitness, age range, etc.)
First, written responses to a variety of coaching scenarios, typing test, and internet capability. From there a zoom interview with two members of the leadership team. plus time to ask questions. Pretty standard process.
