Apply online, then get a call from the recruiter to take some tests. Then if your tests are satisfactory you have an in person interview meet with HR and they get to know your skills. Lastly, you meet with the hiring Supervisor and the Department Manager.

General interview questions. Tell us about yourself, list at least 5 strengths and weaknesses, describe your typical job duties at your last job, describe the processes at your last company. how do you work under stress, etc. I had mixed feelings about the supervisor interviewer they seemed very neutral and not upbeat.
