2 round of interviews. First with HR and the position's supervisor, then the whole team including execs. The first interview is pretty standard: You explain yourself, and they explain the role. They ask a question in English. They want to learn your motivation and capabilities towards Sales. In the second interview, you introduce yourself to the whole team and everyone asks questions related to their area of expertise. One thing I want to mention is that one of the interviewers was not really professional and his attitude(his communication style) affected my whole interview in a negative way.
