Human Resources did the normal background check and actually called my references. Not sure that they still do that for the Banquet server position. I received a call back to interview with the Director of Food and Beverge and then was offered a position by HR

They had a job fair which was very organized, professional, and a comfortable environment. The interview was quick and easy. They asked all good questions and were able to answer any additional questions I had. As a student as well they were accommodating to my school schedule.

It was great, actually went very well. The typical questions they ask during an interview can usually be googled. This way it is easy to practice your response if you don't seem prepared enough ahead of time.
