There was first a basic phone/screening interview asking why I wanted the job, why I think I would be a good fit, etc. This was followed by an in-person interview at the hotel where they spent a lot of time describing the position, and asked me about my previous experience, whether I thought I would be a good fit for the position, and how I dealt with upset clients.
