The application process went very smoothly. They don't just check whether you have the right skills, but also whether you really fit within the team.
First I had a telephone interview and then two interviews at their office in Amsterdam (this was before corona)

A 3-step interview. I found this to be a plus because it showed that they cared about who joined their team and made sure they chose the best person for the company.
