Ho presentato la mia candidatura di persona. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Omnicare (Quakertown, PA) nel mese di ago 2011
Colloquio
There were several telephone conversations that seemed strained and made me feel discouraged about transferring. However, the interviewer was friendly and seemed interested in what I had to say. During the one on one interview the interviewer talked too much and over me when I tried to respond. He would repeat himself, rather than ask clarifying questions, if he didn't get the answer he expected. The interviewer had habits of puffing out his chest, pulling up his pants and fixing his collar (in a way that looked like he was about to choke himself). The location seemed tidy and well kept. The employees were welcoming and friendly. The interview took much longer than I was told it would last.

None of the questions were difficult or unexpected. The interviewer was using a printout defining what questions to ask and what topics to cover that would reveal my quirks. It was a transfer interview, so it was pretty low key.

Phone interview then in-person interview with the manager. Usually the whole process takes two weeks and then once that finishes they will send an email of acceptance and a offer letter

It was short and sweet. The interviewers were not dressed in suits pretty casual . I got the offer shortly after the interview. I'm going to hit thirty words thirty words thirty words
Interview process was very professional and informative . I met two of the managers and got a walkthrough of the facility. I asked questions and they were answered, the interviewer was so nice.
