I recently had an initial screening/interview with a Talent Partner at Omnicell, and it was one of the best interviews I've ever experienced. She made me feel very comfortable and was transparent about what Omnicell is looking for, the interview structure, and the next steps in the process. Additionally, she provided a detailed history of the company. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the subsequent interviews will go as smoothly if I move on to the next stage.
