Just wanted to let the company and the public know that I had a negative experience during my phone screen with Talent Acquisition and will not be pursuing the opportunity further. She is far from detail-oriented as exemplified by the following: -I said I'm available in the afternoon and she sent me a calendar invite time for the morning -She did not ask for my phone number before the call and frantically emailed me multiple times at the time of the call asking for it, including accusing me of never sending it to her (Also, it's in my resume which was included in the application). This makes her look unprepared and unprofessional. -At every answer I provided, she sounded doubtful about my qualifications (not really reassuring that they are interested in me) -She said I don't have enough years of experience (job description listed less than what I have) I'm always weary of those that boast that they have been in the industry for 10+ years and know exactly how things work. Those who are set in their ways will never improve with the changing times.
