Chaotic process, the HR helped schedule an interview with the hiring manager, and the manager requested to reschedule for another date only 1 business day before the original scheduled date. No confirmation from HR for the rescheduled meeting, and the rescheduled meeting link, not sure was ghosted or not. The new meeting link was only sent the exact moment it started. The hiring manager only asked coding questions and let you type in the chat, no follow up or interaction. No follow up after 10 business of the interview with the hiring manager. Ghosting is a habit of them.
