Any and all feedback is utilized to increase our operation's efficiency, so in this regard Thank You for helping us acclimate our job boards ads regarding 'PR' vocabulary and use so it is not misconstrued. We do, however, want to address the couple emotional, unjust terms this review un-professionally slung around here. In no way, shape, or form are we associated with any 'scam' in any legal, moral, definitive way what so ever, and we completely refute such a shallow claim. Our Fortune 500 clients are proud to hire us. We are proud to develop, train, and manage the PR, promotion, and sales forces for the in-store campaigns we are hired to execute. Our Client's conduct extensive legal, financial, and test market research in regards to our firm before any final budget is signed for us to work with them, we worked very hard for that opportunity, and so any reasonable person would understand some of the largest charities in the world, the single largest telecom provider in the USA, national Banks, a.k.a. our Clients would not have hired us if they found anything at all remotely close to a 'scam' involved. This review, ironically, seems quite vindictive and judgemental...implying that anyone in Sales industry is uneducated, or has no strategy? We receive over 500 resumes a week during the 2nd quarter of the year, and hire under 3%, so in no way, shape, or form do we accept into our team 'anyone'. Not sure if the greater society of business professionals, CEO's, and entrepreneurs would agree with some of these claims...but either way, we wish you the very best of success ahead in a role where you are satisfied. As we always mention, any and all feedback is utilized to increase our operation's efficiency, we strive to improve our business even if it comes from unlikely sources of influence, so in that light we again want to Thank You for helping us acclimate our job boards ads regarding 'PR' vocabulary in the titles because this seemingly caused the 2 negative reviewers on here to take their time out because they felt mislead. So we have made those changes, therefore thank you! We do, however, again want to address the unjust terms and what we would deem as un-professional, surely judgemental attacks on people who you might have seen here. To write "it was clear that they have no interest in experienced or educated candidates, and employees that I saw reflect that" seems to us a little aggressive and certainly profiling/prejudging...did you speak with everyone you saw here? Did you speak to them about their degrees? Did you speak to them about their education level, where they come from, how they were raised? How can one claim that by looking at someone momentarily they know their exact education, integrity? We have found many people with a degree doesn't always mean they are respectful, dedicated, hard working, honest, non-judgemental and fair. Let us help clarify, of the 50+ people working within our building we have over 90% college, university, masters program, dual majors, and law degree graduates working here. We have former professional athletes, division 1 athletes, over 25 countries represented here. We have an environment, culture here where anyone of any education level, sexual orientation, nationality, and religious adherence is accepted, reviewed, and judged based on their integrity, work ethic, and the value they would give our Client's campaigns within the role we are interviewing them for.
