I had an interview where I first met with the core management of On Poynt, followed by a chat with some other team members. The initial part of the interview was super informative and way more relaxed compared to other job interviews I've had. Talking with the other staff was all about seeing if I fit in with the team, and I think I did. The questions felt more like casual pub conversation than a formal interview, which made me really want the job. The team was very open and answered all my questions, both work-related and personal.
