I was contacted by HR for a phone interview. I returned the email promptly and set up the interview for that week. The person I was interviewing with cancelled last minute and said she would be in touch. I reached out several times to reschedule but have not heard back. Its been about 2 weeks. Extremely unprofessional especially since I am in the same business.

I did not get to this point unfortunately and I see the role is still opened on their website.
The person coordinating interviews was very unorganized but the people I interviewed with were nice and asked thoughtful questions. Overall, not difficult but you should expect to have to keep tabs on your own application process.

Interviewed for a position, was asked a variety of very odd and unprofessional questions, also the person I met with had only been with the company for a few days - may be better now!
