Was in 3 rounds, first with HR representative, then regional manager later with the sales manager located in the states, on the third interview I also had to have an role-play about selling a computer to the costumer.

They asked me to act like a sales person on a IT shop. I had to sell them a computer.

I had a first round interview with recruiter virtually. The interview was more conversation-styled and she seemed genuinely curious about my experience. she was pretty transparent about the process afterwards, too.
Really great conversation, good questions to assess role and culture fit. I felt confident in moving on to next steps.
Regardless of aptitude or qualification for the position, they seem to prioritize an enthusiastic preference for working fully on site (versus a hybrid or remote setting). There is only one right response, and should not be hesitated. This, at least, was the reason they gave as to why it was a “no” for me.
My recommendation would be putting this as the very first requirement, in bold, as eagerness to be in-office outweighs experience or qualification.
