The interview process was actually very standard for this position. They asked general questions like why I wanted this job, what are my strengths and weaknesses, and things of that nature. They made sure all employees have a passion for gaming, so they will sort of emphasize that. Outside of the standard questions, they will question your resume and cover letter so they have a better understanding of what you're saying. If you know what you're talking about, the interview is pretty easy.
