The interview delved heavily into your personal background, your leadership style, along with interest in Oncor Electric Delivery's greater mission. Having good inter-personal skills is a must. Getting an F.E. certification before applying is a plus.

First interview came after meeting with two oncor employees at my schools career fair. I received a call the following day requesting to set up an interview the next day. The interview was with the same employees from the career fair, where they asked a series of questions, mainly behavioral. Overall, the interview was laid back and not crazy. I did receive a call to set up another interview at the main office.
