Junior HR set up a screening via Teams. Invited 3 people but only two joined the video call after all. Ambient was saturated with some emotions to establish friendly atmosphere to ease opening up the psyche.
First an recruiter call me and ask some basic question, and speak about the company.
Than a manager call me and give a quick homework. After he evaluate there were a discussion with the some senior developer. The process took only 1 week.
