They called me up and screening was done on telephonic round, I was called for face to face at their Noida Location. It takes two days for this process.

I reached there on their schedule time, my first round was HR round and approx same question were repeated as shed asked on telephonic round, after that she (HR) told me to wait for some time for the next round. After 15 minutes she come back and told me to leave for day and will be call you for the next step.

Intial discussion with HR as good as profile was as per requirement but seems lack of communication between HR & Company Management for JD.
Would to advise that first to be in sync with profile required & JD
