I was interviewed at one of their schools by a staff member. He was decent and nice. I failed one grammar question and was not allowed to go to the next step which is a teaching demo. I knew I had failed the interview when I missed the question but the interviewer was nice about it and ended the interview after going over the contract. I was not shocked when I had no reply from them afterwards.

Colloquio
The company made me wait 25 minutes because the candidate before had not shown up. Then all they asked me was if I had a phone number. The company expects people to call in every morning to confirm that they are coming to work ... I can only imagine how motivated the other teachers must be.
