The interview process was friendly, professional and well organised throughout. I initially had a telephone interview, followed by an in-person interview at the Newcastle office.
The interview itself was conversational rather than overly formal, which helped me feel comfortable and allowed me to demonstrate my skills and experience naturally. The interviewers took the time to explain the role, the company culture and what would be expected of me, while also asking competency-based questions and discussing my previous experience.
I was particularly impressed by how welcoming everyone was and how genuinely interested they were in getting to know me as a person, rather than simply working through a checklist of questions. Communication was prompt throughout the process, and I received feedback very quickly after my interview.
Overall, I found the experience positive, engaging and respectful, and it left me with a very good impression of the company.

Firstly there was a 15 minute telephone interview, about 3-4 days later I received an offer of an in-person interview. I was interviewed by two people, it was very friendly and informal. I received an offer of employment the next day.
