I interviewed with One Workplace's DC subsidiary, Splice. The recruiter was wonderful and personable while the interview with the team lead was questionable at best. Very little feedback and they were unable to speak to the company/office's workplace culture; opting to refer to Amazon's culture, which also couldn't be explained. I passed that and was arranged to speak with the gentleman who runs the entire account. He proceeded to tell me I was "qualified, brilliant and I have no doubt you could do the job, but I worry you might not enjoy it in 6 months time". Enjoy it? Does anyone enjoy work? With that, he ended the interview. Upon further research, he seems to be a bit of a job hopper himself. Projection much?
