I applied online through their website, the process started with initial call with the recruiter and then a technical interview. The interviewer started the interview like a viva session, he knew what he wanted to hear and asked basic theoretical questions around Kubernetes, like a fresher interview. No talking about real world experience or scenario specific questions. After few days I received a mail for take home assignment which I completed and submitted but I am yet to hear back from them.

It was like a discussion. I had no problem selecting them amongst multiple offers. They asked challenging questions but real and practical applications of what my actual job would be if I joined.
