Simple enough, the online tests are daunting but you get the hang of it, but they like the formal presentation you give and the interview don't relate to the job at all. You present a scenario from your work history but when you get into the job you can't implement anything they interviewed you about. Utter waste of time and effort.

I applied online. I was contacted by the recruiter and she wrote me what are my salary expectation. Then she scheduled the interview. When time has came she didn’t call or write me back why the interview didn’t happen. After 5 days she called me and left me voice mail that I should call her back. I tried but she didn’t pick up. Then I found an email from her that I should do some test. I passed them then she scheduled video interview. During the interview she didn’t even look at the camera. She was looking at the monitor all the time. I felt like I am watching someone who is working via camera lol. She was friendly but not really professional. I needed to pass the test again. She said she will come back to me that day. Of course, she didn’t. After 3 days I received an email from her that I failed the test and the position was already filled. I don’t mind that I didn’t get that job and it is bc of her. She was not acting professionally. Zero email and people skills. She didn’t know how to write a nice polite email. Maybe the company is good I don’t know but after this experience with the recruiter I have doubts. Recruiter is like a gate keeper before the main entrance and when the person is acting like an amateur I am really afraid to look behind the gate.
