Robert Lanigan was fantastic from start to finish, such a genuinely kind person who answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. What a brilliant company! Sam Woods and Yeng Be Taylor were also wonderful; they made me feel completely at ease during my interview and asked thoughtful, engaging questions. The only reason I didn't proceed was because I had two offers to consider, and it truly wasn't an easy decision by any means. I have so much respect for One Advanced and their people, the company's values really shine through and this is so lovely to see. I really hope to have the opportunity to work with them in the future!

There were no specific questions just a general chat that seemed unfocused. My takeaway was that there wasn't actually a job and the interviewers were trying to use me to obtain information. I was left with the impression that this company really is the toxic hell that employees describe in their reviews. I received no feedback and was ghosted by the internal recruiter despite my contacting him for an outcome.
