The initial conversation with the recruiter was brilliant. She gave me all the information I needed and support going into the assessment. Unfortunately the interview team where or individual Director was incredibly rude to one of the attendees and kept calling him out thinking it's funny. This made everyone very uncomfortable afterwards when we spoke. It's really unprofessional by a Director to do this at interviews. I lost interest and disengaged towards the end of it all.

Thorough and professional process. Initial screening process tested problem solving skills, after a 30 min teams interview I was invited for a in person interview. Fast with lots of support and communication from the recruiter. The whole team was friendly and very welcoming!

I honestly can’t fault the interview process at OneAdvanced. It was smooth, well organised and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Tash was absolutely lovely to work with – incredibly kind, professional and always quick to respond. She made the whole process feel effortless and kept me informed at every stage, which I really appreciated. Chris Moss was amazing to speak with – genuine, engaging and really inspiring. Overall, it was one of the best interview experiences I’ve ever had and left me with such a positive impression of the company and its people.

Assessment day with group icebreaker, group tasks, and panel interviews with 3 groups. This gave a great flavor of what it would be like to work here. Several guest speakers joined throughout the day too.
