The process was organized, positive and professional. I made it to the final round of interviews. There were three interviews total. I was notified promptly when the other candidate was selected. Seemed like a great place to work.

Had an amazing first interview with the recruiter, said I would hear back from her within 3 days. Never heard from her again. I can understand if you aren't a good match, but I was, in fact, an excellent match for the role, and she even said that the hiring manager would be crazy not to want to talk to me. Even still, an email communication stating that they would not be moving forward would have been nice.
