I was contacted by a recruiter shortly after submitting an application. She held a brief introductory call regarding the role. She scheduled a formal interview with the hiring manager in the office. They interview took around half an hour, wasn't particularly difficult, and the recruiter reached out the following day to extend an offer.

Screening lady did not show up to scheduled time. Sent an email addressing this but did not recieve an email back until a month or so later asking if I want to apply before the deadline.
