The interview process is composed of 4 steps: screening, take-home assignment, meeting with the team, and meeting with leadership. What I like the most about the interviews is that they kept me informed throughout the process. It all lasted less than 1 month, and I received updates every week, which helped me feel less anxious. Some reviews speculate the take-home assignment is a way to steal ideas, and I quite disagree with that. I delivered it, and it took me 1 more hour than the time they suggested. The challenge was carefully done by people who are not designers or even have a background in it, and that's the reason I was impressed by the team who made it. Therefore, it was a detailed and well-planned challenge, and I didn't feel that the goal was to steal my ideas but to have a glimpse into my design process. Lastly, I appreciate the way the HR team cared about the bad news by offering me a call to give feedback if I wanted. That is a great attitude and shows lots of respect for my time and application, and I'm grateful for it.

They will ask about your experience, how you work with a team, what inspires you as a designer, and nothing beyond the normal.

It was a 15 minute supposedly screening interview. Two people were present, the interview seemed very rushed with little interest in my actual background. They seemed more interested in what changes I would make to their product (they showed screens of their app). It felt more like free user testing or UX audit rather than an interview. They were organized enough to send a rejection note within the given timeframe though.
