The interview process was pretty straightforward. Met the DBM at my campus career fair. Went to the office a few weeks later and had more of a conversation than an interview. They want to see if you can manage people, and also if you would be able to be a successful Personal Loan Specialist. Everyone starts out as a PLS and then can be promoted to Manager.

Put in an application, and within a few days I got a call. The call was more like an informal interview with a few questions around my resume. When the call was almost over got invited to an in person interview with a Branch Manager, and District Manager. Questions were that of the STAR method. I got a call back later that day with a formal offer.
