laid back interview process.. i first met with the branch manager at the branch that i would be working at. he seemed cool and a bit nervous- he had a list of interview question that he kept referencing which made for an awkward interview. Next i waited about a week and heard from the branch manager that i would be meeting with the district manager at another branch. this interview was much more relaxed and conversational. he basically just told me about the nature of the job and explained springleaf's position in the market place. I basically was told i had the job on the spot and started 2 weeks later after background and reference checks.

1st interview on phone with recruiter. Then you wait a week to be called to schedule a face to face interview with District Manager. Had to drive over an hour to his location to interview.
