Interview process was longer than a normal interview. At the location for more than 3 hours. Not expected since it was only scheduled for an hour. Seemed upset when I said I had to leave when shadowing the position following the interview.

The recruiter wasn't sure of the position I applied for. They also said they would schedule an upcoming interview and opted to ghost me instead which I found unfortunate. Overall, the interview went very smoothly I believed, so I was confused about the ghosting, it's been almost a week yet no email or anything regarding a follow-up interview.
