I had multiple phone interviews with someone in Texas. The position I was hiring for was in Indiana. The interviewer was clearly reading through mandatory questions on a piece of paper. She asked questions about the area since she was from Texas and had no idea what Indiana is like. She kept bringing up the fact that she couldn't find my resume. Very annoying and unprofessional. She also called me a few days later to ask me more questions that she had previously forgot. She probably forgot because she was too busy looking for my email that was an electronic copy of my resume. I never bothered returning her call.
