I had a Skype interview with two managers to whom I was reporting at the company when I was hired. It was a very pleasant experience comparing to some other interviews I had. However the preliminary testing was rather tough.
a written test is given and that needs to be completed in 1 hour. The interviewer will come in and talk about your past experience after the written test. The interview is casual in general
