To be honest, I found OneSoil as early as 2020.
Then I successfully passed 2 stages of interviews (technical and with CTO) and received an offer. But due to personal circumstances, I declined this offer.
In March 2022, I again tried to become part of the OneSoil team. Since the past feedback about me was good, the technical interview was simplified. I received an offer for the second time.
Recruiters make a good impression and a comfortable atmosphere. The interviewer and CTO were also friendly.

The process consisted of three steps:
- HR interview
- Technical interview
- Coding interview
Each step took about 1 hour.
During the technical interview there were questions and cases on JavaScript and Web APIs.
