Sent in Resume and then spoke to a guy on the phone for a bit a couple of times. Was going really well and he said I was a "shoe-in." Set a date/time for a video interview and... had one of the creepiest/unprofessional experiences in my life. The guy was 10mins late (I was busy on my other computer when he suddenly showed up) and then he said nothing and just stared. He had a very sour look and I knew such this position wasn't gonna happen. Might as well enjoy some fun irony: "I'm glad we connected, sorry I was late." Nothing. No intro, no apology. I turned away to write an email to telenetwork about all this when he loudly cleared his throat and impatiently went through the process. I asked a few standard questions as he seemed to get more unsettled so I let it go and he quickly cut the feed. Vid interview was less then 15mins. I was washed and well dressed, so not sure what he guy was about. Fair warning.

Initial phone call interview asking typical HR questions with a video interview following the following day asking more technical questions. The questions where not too difficult and the topics were given beforehand.

It was a nice interview, the questions were quite easy, not very technical, I think the focus was on how you would answer, the interviewer made me feel comfortable which is always really nice.

Done over the phone and google meet, and was asked to walk interview through basic tech support tasks as if they were a customer. Got an immediate offer afterwards. Pleasant experience overall.
