It was a typical loop: Recruiter, interview with hiring manager, leetcode style question, and SDI. The first two interviews were fairly reasonable However the SDI interview was unprofessional and irrelevant to the work I'd be hired for. The question was to design youtube. * First, the question was completely irrelevant to the work I would be doing or had done. * The interviewer themselves was unprepared on how we should collaborate. * It was clear the interviewer really didn't know the problem themselves and had just looked it up on the internet that day or the night before. Overall, par for the course on the trend bad tech interviewing.
