1 hour HR interview that included questions about the company’s mission and culture, my experience and basic HR questions. Followed by a 1 hour technical interview that included everything from database to deployment. The people I interviewed with were nice and the interviews went well. However, what makes this a negative experience is the fact that they have no offer but are interviewing developers to have them on standby. A complete waist of my time to have successfully gone through both interviews just to get a “we want you to join us but we have to wait for budget meetings so maybe we’ll reach out in the future again” as a return.

Plusieurs entretiens, un premier entretien d'abord avec la RH puis un autre avec un développeur. Personnes à l'écoute et très agréables. Les décisions d'embaucher ou non sont prises à l'unanimité entre les différentes personnes : techniques, RH et commerciales ou managériales.
